2. Spaghetti alle vongole

It sounds tricky but it's basically spaghetti with clams cooked in white wine. So easy!

3. Veracruz style seafood over fettuccine rigate

The Ingredients: Octopus, red snapper, fresh tomatoes, green olives, jalapeno, onion, garlic... who are we kidding? We're still struggling with our lasagna sheets.

4. Bucatini pasta with mussels and poached eggs

According to Lorenzo, you can't really go wrong with bucatini paired with salmon roe, mussels, poached egg and fennel tops.

We believe you chef but it sure looks complicated enough NOT to be tried at home.

5. Gluten free fettuccine Mediterranean style

This looks like a drool-worthy blend of roasted cauliflower, sweet Spanish paprika chicken, cherry tomatoes, caramelised citrus, fresh oregano.
